Terms of Service

By accessing or using Ashari Cloud at ashari.cloud (the "Service"), operated by Ashari Tech ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ashari Tech. You must be at least 17 years of age to use the Service.

Ashari Cloud is an AI-powered email management platform that provides:

• Gmail integration via Google OAuth for read-only email access
• AI-powered email analysis using Google Gemini, including automated prioritization, categorization, summarization, and action item extraction
• A unified dashboard for managing and triaging email

The Service connects to your Gmail account with read-only permissions. Ashari Cloud does not send, modify, or delete emails on your behalf.

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account through our centralized identity provider at ashari.tech. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Google Account Connection

Connecting your Google account to Ashari Cloud is optional but required for email-related features. By connecting your Google account, you authorize us to:

• Access your Gmail messages in read-only mode (gmail.readonly)
• Retrieve your Google profile information (userinfo.email, userinfo.profile)
• Process your email content with AI for analysis purposes

You may disconnect your Google account at any time through the Service settings or through Google Account Permissions.

3.3 Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all your data, including encrypted OAuth tokens and AI analysis results, will be permanently removed from our systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws and regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or systems connected to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond normal usage patterns
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without written authorization
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our infrastructure

Our use of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. By using our Gmail-related features, you acknowledge that:

• We access your Gmail data in read-only mode exclusively for providing the email analysis features of the Service
• Email content is fetched on-demand and processed in real-time; raw email content is not stored on our servers
• Your Google data is not used for advertising purposes
• You can revoke access at any time through Google Account Permissions or the Service settings

6.1 AI-Generated Content

Ashari Cloud uses Google Gemini AI to analyze your emails. AI analysis results, including summaries, priority scores, categories, and action items, are generated automatically and may not always be accurate or complete.

6.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy

AI-generated analysis is provided as a convenience and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for important decisions. You are responsible for reviewing the original email content and exercising your own judgment. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated outputs.

6.3 AI Data Processing

By using the Service, you consent to your email content being sent to Google Gemini API for analysis. This processing is governed by Google's applicable terms and policies. We do not use your email content to train AI models.

The Service, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of Ashari Tech. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

You retain all ownership rights to your data, including your emails and personal information. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

We strive to provide reliable access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. In the event of permanent discontinuation, we will provide a means for you to retrieve or delete your data.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ashari Tech shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Inaccuracies or errors in AI-generated analysis results
• Any actions taken based on AI-generated content
• Unauthorized access to your data resulting from your failure to maintain account security
• Service interruptions, delays, or failures beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or IDR 1,000,000 (one million Indonesian Rupiah), whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ashari Tech, its officers, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between the parties for a period of 30 days
• Mediation through a mutually agreed mediator if negotiation fails
• Arbitration or litigation in the competent courts of the Republic of Indonesia as a last resort

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should discontinue use of the Service and delete your account.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
